Claim Payout

i wouldn't recommend Assupol to anyone. My Father passed away on the 24th of November 2022. I claimed the following day, i was required to send all documents and fill in a form which i did by the 28th. and advised that the funeral will be held on the 3rd of December. Till date they have not payed out the claim. I have been communicating with a lady called Pretty Masangane and Patrick Ntsana. They advised that claim was paid out on the 30th, which to my surprise, i have not received funds till date. Patrick requested i send him my bank statement which i did, and they said they have escalated the matter to finance department, however i haven't heard from them. I requested for POP, they sent what seems like a screenshot and not the actual POP. Pretty has since been quite since i requested for the POP, they do not reply to email anymore, no clarity has been granted as what the way forward is. I have asked for a procedure to escalate this matter, non has been granted. These are really tough time for my family and i. The last thing we want to do is run after Assupol. What is even heart breaking is we could not give our father a respectable, deserving burial as he deserved because of Assupol.
