Claim not paid after it was paid into incorrect accounts

My father passed away last year July and we submitted the claim for his kids and all was fine. This year in Aug we were told that monies were paid into the beneficiaries accounts but there was nothing. We called Sanlam offices to confirm and they gave us incorrect account numbers they paid into. We were then told that they will investigate the matter as a lady by the name of Nthabiseng Khanyi was handling the case. Nthabiseng is so rude and always tells us that there is a delay but she doesn't tell us the exact reason for the delay. Now we are told that one of the kids do not appear on the system but all along they were there.. We are told different stories by different consultants. There seems to be ********** activities going on and Nthabiseng just becomes angry when we ask questions.

Thanks, the response we got was that monies were indeed paid in the 26th of Aug however the babk account numbers used were incorrect for all the beneficiaries.
This is really not our problem as they had correct documents and details for each child.
Another problem is apparently one of kids who logged a claim together with others is not on the system anymore, how is this possible because he was on the system all along and was even told that his bank account is inactive and he fixed that with them.
They better solve the matter before this month end as it has been more than a year already and we are suffering since our father passed on.
