Claim not paid & *********** advisors

My mother passed on last year may and we where told she only covered her brothers and nothing was needed from us as there was nothing to claim for her.

My uncle passed on last week Tuesday's, I claimed on Wednesday at Zeerust office ,I was assisted by Gladness Modisane,I submitted everything, till today money has not been paid,I went to the Rustenburg policy only to be told the policy lapsed last year August because I did not claim for my mother but I was told last year that everything is OK at the Zeerust office, no feed back,that the policy Wil b active only for 5years.

I took money from people to bury my uncle unfortunately assupol has employed *********** advisors,who does not take grief and process seriously
