CLAIM NEVER PAID OUT

Less than 1 star!!!! I am very disappointed with this company. Honestly, it's so crazy how they treat clients. I claimed 3 times for an investment policy and till today I am still waiting for my money. The 3rd time I decided I want to surrender my policy because I am not satisfied with the way they operate. They keep on saying they will pay, they will pay. Yesterday (14 Dec 2022] I called them and they said I will receive my money lasted Yesterday. Today they have debited as usual meaning that this policy I tried to claim is still well active. Absolutely no integrity, care or respect for clients.

I've also noticed how they won't even contact you when you need to resubmit something, you literally have to follow up every day.. I don't think this is the right way to conduct a business!
