Claim I still owe personal loan paid in November 2024

I app**** for a loan at Sanlam. It was approved and deposited. A month later I requested a settlement letter it was sent. I paid the amount on the letter. Sent them proof of payment and the letter to clear me. To this date they still maintain that I owe them. I called many times no assistence. I wrote to direct axis complaints they did not even bother to respond as i was referred to them by sanlam complaints department. Today as i write the review i called 2 times they hang up when they see my id number on their system. I am listed at credit bereau as if i owe them. Funny enough they do not sent debit order but send statement every month end. I came here as I feel i have exhausted all avenues to resolve this challenge
