Claim

Good evening,

I hope you are all well.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the continued delays with our outstanding claim. We have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, yet we continue to be given the same assurances and are now being asked to go through the process repeatedly.

This is no longer acceptable. This claim has been outstanding for far too long, and the constant delays are placing us under significant financial and emotional strain. While we understand that there may be internal processes that need to be followed, we cannot continue waiting indefinitely while receiving no clear answers or resolution.

At this point, I am formally requesting that this matter be escalated to Sanlam Head Office and that I receive a clear explanation regarding:

- The current status of the claim; - The exact reason for the continued delays; - What outstanding requirements, if any, are preventing payment; - The confirmed date by which the claim will be paid.

If this matter is not resolved or properly addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through the appropriate channels, including Sanlam Head Office and social media, so that the continued delays and lack of communication can be brought to the attention of the relevant parties.

We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We are asking for what is rightfully due to us. This money is needed, and every additional delay has a real impact on our lives.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide us with a substantive response rather than another general assurance that the matter is being attended to.

I look forward to receiving clear answers and a definite resolution.

Kind regards, Bongi
