Claim

I'm writing on behalf of my Mom AA Ramohope who submitted a claim past monday on the 28th of June 2021 for my late father CT Ramohope who was the policy holder amd my mom is the beneficiary and also claimed for two aunt's which is CM Ramohope and N Ramohope and they only paid out for CT Ramohope and my keeps kn calling and she is being sent to pillar to post and one other thing I find it strange whenever the policy holder has passed on it is said that after claiming the policy will be closed and what about the other family members included the policy ,isn't that the the policy can take over and the premiums paid the past couple of years what will happen to those funds and if is this how they treat widows itnis unacceptable and should be accountable and this needs to end and won't recommend anyone
