<p>my dad past away on 14 April 2016 from Malaria we are trying to get a life polisy to pay out and i know that the polis was payed in full and on time every end of the month,now im am strugeling to get the money from sanlam but every time i try to get a awnser for why they are taking so long to pay the money they keep on telling me that they need something new or exstra papers every time its another excuse and the best ting for me is that the first polis that have benn payed out happen quick and did not strugel at all to get the money,its been 6 mounths now and i am looking for someone to help me please</p>
