CLAIM ***

I lodge a claim under my funeral policy on the 10 March 2016. Till date no responce from the insurance. I never receive a call or sms from this company until i called them on Tuesday to follow up. I was advise that their turn around time is 48 hrs which i think it was not true. Im so frustrated as im not sure what is the delay as they dont communicate at all. Funeral is on Sunday and today is Thursday and no hope that i will ever get help from SAFRICAN INSURANCE
