*********** circus of a company

So unhappy with the service I received from this circus of a company. 1.The sales person I delt with wasn't professional or very helpful.I submitted a claim recently. Apart from the fact that I had to make contact and not the other way around endless calls with their *********** consultants who seemed not to know what they were doing and kept passing the bug and sent me from pillar to post, I finally had enough of it!!The consultant who helped me is now ignoring me is not even responding to my emails..
