I am tired of the web of deceit between Sanlam Corporate, Sanlam Group Risk and my previous employer Cut-N-Weld Supplies, because my previous employer Cut-N-Weld Supplies declared the incorrect monthly salary for a period of time and benefited by reduced insurance premiums. I am now on permanent medical disability and being penalized because of their actions because of an underwriting decision. There are claims made of medicals requests after my disability occurred, which defeated the objective. The Specialist Physician report prior to the fitting of the Pacemaker and my subsequent health issues indicate that I was fit to return to work. There is also confidential medical information being leaked to my previous employer.
