Cient dissatisfaction - Sanlam

Somebody please advise. I am an appointed guardian for my little sister who's 12 years old.

Sanlam hasn't paid her school tuition fees for 2025 and 2026 despite emailing them proof of registration.

Sanlam hasn't been paying for monthly maintence since November 2025 up until now.

I am so frustrated because outstanding accounts have been handed over to lawyers and are demanding settlements.

I have mutiple times emailed, called and even went to one of their branches for assistance. No Luck. The only response i get is they are out of funds to pay to clients, is this even possible because the money is there, all i get is a request made to their head office for more and that was 5 months ago regardles of their 7 to 14 working days approval and process.

Everytime i contact them for a reason because funds are still avaliable they always escalating.

I dont know what to do anymore.
