CHEATING FINANCIAL PLANNER

<p>I was ********** by a financial planner that is employed at Sanlam. We had discussed a certain premium that was to increase for an RA that I had taken out with her and she had not mentioned to me that the life cover and RA are 2 separate things she had me assume it was under one. I'm sick of her cheating me into taking on this separate thing that I had no knowledge off. When emailed she responds by saying that we discussed it which we did not I guarentee it , her name is Lea - Ann Kruger. I have been asking for my money back and the cancellation of this cheat and I have been going back and forth and have not been answered yet. It is unacceptable!!!!!</p>
