Change debit order
I am writing this review to hopefully get my query resolved as i have tried your call centre.
I have requested that my loan debit order be changed to the 1st but it has still gone off on the 25th. Luckily there was enough cash. If this happens again and there is no funds on the said date, I am worried that this will affect my credit rating.
