Caskback

Ai this policies I don't know what is going with then,I joined sanlam sky,I have 2 policies with them,so it's been 3years then I remember that theres 3years cash back on each policy, sanlam didn't bother to call or SMS me about cash back,then guess what, I phoned them asking about the cash back and I was told it has lapsed,my goodness Sanlam tell me about one policy that pays more that it has lapsed and didn't even inform me until I asked about cash back,the policy that they claim it has lapsed was closed to R500 a month and the one available is R80,what is their job exactly,if they don't follow up with their clients,this is very wrong.so I lost my money for years until this,if this policies know they won't fulfill their promises they better not play with us,I would have paid my child school fees that I owed for months,than pay for things like this. Ai no man this is wrong
