Assupol is a **** and lies.
When I joined their life cover 2016, they said I can claim a portion of my premiums every 4 years. I sent a claim 2021 they ignored the email and never responded.
Nevertheless I continued paying then after 9 years, I sent an inquiry why my claim was never responded to, since I am due for another claim (Another 4) years, they told me "my policy doesn't have the cashback benefit"
Be careful when you take a Life Cover with them, I have been paying for 9 years. And experienced deceit.
