cashback dispute

<p>last week i cancelled my policies with sanlam after having them for 5 plus years ,i had to do this as i simply had to many ,upon cancellation i was also due for a cashback,when i requested the amount i was informed im only getting R201 back , i inquired regarding the amount as i was advised i would get a years prememiums back when i took the policy out from Sanlams representitive ,never the less, ask why im only getting R201 ,i was then infomed the account is in arrears ,this is a lie as i made arrangements for double deduction in September and October 2015 the only reason those prememiums werent recieved is because i was on maternity leave which i rectified as soon as i was back at work ,im sick and tired of these institutions always robbing people,i want the rest of my cash back before COB on friday,all those prememiums collected from down the drain i will never ever recommend your services to anyone,this whole issue has left a sour taste in my mouth to says the least.</p>
