Cashback claim
So I've been due for a cashback since April, however Assupol never notified me until i logged into their portal, i submitted my claim online and got a message that a consultant will be in touch soon... I'm still waiting and they arr forever experiencing HIGH CALL VOLUMES, as a result i never manage to get any assistance. Please help

21 Jul 2023, 06:22Good day Bonolo, the cashback that was due on this policy, was paid to you in Apr 2022. The cashback is only payable every 4 years and not every year. The policy started in 2018. No benefits are payable this year. Regards, Assupol Complaints Manager
