CASH WITHDRAWAL
I had a policies with Sanlam sky and I claimed 2014 on my aunts passed on and I wanted to cancel the policy I was advised that I can keep the policy and just do the cash withdrawal every year and I Reg for the cash withdrawal in 2015 all the forms was submitted and I received the cash and now again I did the same now they telling me stories that I need to give the proof that I changed the surname and yet they paid my money with my resent id docs as AM not happy at all I don't have time to go to home affairs As submitted all my docs and now I'm thinking of getting my money back all my premiums
