Cash back

<div>After paying for 5 years am shocked to learn that the guaranteed cash back is basically paid for.. I called asking when I can start submitting documents for cash back and am told that I was supposed to add this as a benefit and pay 35rand for it.. What nonsense is that? The funeral cover I took says guarantee cash back and there is no claim in 4 year... Why must I pay.. Might as well cancel this ridiculous policy... I cant believe I paid this much for this nonsense</div>
