CASH BACK PAYMENT ON LIFE COVER

I'm due for my cash back on my life cover after 5 years and it's been three weeks now since I submitted the forms that they required.

They're service is very poor and they are ***********. You speak with one consultant and she tells you this and when you speak to another consultant he/she tells you something different. Some consultants don't even know what I'm talking about and don't even know about the cash back that's due to me on my life cover after five years.

I would like my cash back to be paid to me immediately.

I don't want to hear any stories now.

Just pay my money.
