Careless service - stay away

Do yourself a favour and stay away...I would suggest taking out a policy with a company that has a better reputation. They have been giving terrible service since 2018 when I took out my policy with them. Sent me someone else's policy documents twice, messed up with my nicotine test results, and have double-billed me, twice. Really really bad and careless service.
