Cancelled Policy Debit

Rather disappointing in how long I have to wait on my refund of an incorrect debit that was taken after cancelling my savings plan with you!! My Financial Adviser have made the necessary communication in advance to cancel this plan and up to date still chasing them to refund my money back. Please pay my money back asap as you are 100% at fault! This is a huge disappointment Sanlam!!
