Cancellation of retirement policy with Assupol life.
I cancelled my policies with Assupol in February for funeral and retirement policy. Assupol was going to give me back my contributions for the retirement but now nothing is being said to me. When i phone them they said i must wait but still nothing is being said.

We refer to our direct e-mails and confirm payment of the refund of the premium deducted after cancellation. The premium deducted for March for the RA was included in the surrender value paid to you and can unfortunately not be refunded.
