Cancellation of RA

I have an RA but require a cancellation. I emailed the request through but was advised that I cannot get the cash refund as the amount exceeds R6999-99. I am not working and require the cash due to financial difficulties.<br> <br> Is there no way that Sanlam can help a client in desperate need of the funds.<br> <br>
