Cancellation of policy

I have been trying to cancel my policy since July I have sent cancellation forms up until now they are still deducting money from my persal when you call they don't answer even when you sent email nothing happen Assupol excel with bad service last year my Granny past away and they only gave my sister money after the burial. I will not recommend Assupol to anyone shem sorry poor services is what they excel with.
