Cancellation of policies
Hello Peter,
I have spoken to several consultants at assupol but still struggling every month that I have to go to bank and do some reversals after i told them to cancel all my policies they still send me letters that my policy is in arrears . They asked me to fill in a cancelation form which I did twice but there is no sign of cancellation, I fail to understand which one is the correct procedure to cancel their policy
