Cancellation
I have requested for cacellation and no one has contacted me yet to confirm cancellation. I no longer want my policy to incept, I spoke to a sales agent and requested for the policy to incept on the 27 July but I received an sms and email stating the inception is on the 1st July. I then requested for someone to call me but no one did, I am just wondering if they are not able to note the inception date correctly what will happen should I have a claim. What a pathetic service, the policy has not yet incepted yet but they are already requesting for a copy of ID and bank statement via email for cancelling the policy that has not yet incepted.

Thank you for reporting this matter to us. My sincere apology for any inconvenience caused.
I noted that the policy started on 1 July 2018 and a premium deducted.
We will process your cancellation as soon as possible. A refund is payable, as the cancellation of the policy was requested within the 30 day cooling-off period. For this reason the ID copy and bank statement was requested.
