Canceled my policy for no reason
Assupol doesn't really cease to amaze. Why on earth do you decide to deactivate of my policies? I have 2 separate policy which I claimed on 1 almost 2 months ago, to my surprise this month you only deducted for 1 and canceled the other one. I still have people insured on the canceled policy ...... the next thing you will be telling me that my policy lapsed because of an unpaid month.

No pay out, because of you mistake..... I need that query resolved ASAP. I have had that policy for over 2years and NEVER WILL I GO UNDER A 6 MONTHS TRIAL AGAIN
