Cancelation

On the 27th of February I canceled both my funeral cover and retirement fund at Maponya, the lady by the name Smangele who assisted me asked for my documents and I gave them to her right away after my cancelation I received an sms to confirm my cancelation... To my surprise in March they debited again and when I went there they requested my irp5 which I submitted to a guy named Vusi alongside my Payslip and ID Copy, He promised to sort out the matter with Smangele as she did not leave any notes on my case, now everyday this week I have been going there and the response that I get is that both Vusi and Smangele are not at work and I should wait for their return... Please assist
