CANCEL MY SANLAM SKY POLICY IMMEDIATELY !!!***

Good day.

I am very dissapointed in the service i received from Sanlam regarding the request to cancel my Sanlam Sky policy. I emailed all the necessary documents required for the cancellation however, they sent an sms stating that they cannot connect with me therefore they can to finalise my request. of which I did and they put me through the cancellation department. I waited for so long that the phone hung up on their side while waiting for an assistance. Can this policy be cancelled already.
