CANCEL MY POLICY NOW!!!

I received a call last week for a quotation and then I asked the consultant to call me back this week because I was about to join a meeting, only for the idiot to go ahead with the subscription without my consent, what's worse is that I've been trying to call ASSUPOL for 3 consecutive days and I was on hold for more than 30 mins on all 3 occasions and no one answered. This just made it clear that I shouldn't be having a policy with a company that doesn't value their customers.

When I requested call backs from the website, I was met with rude consultants who hung up every time I asked them to cancel this policy that I did not give consent to. CANCEL THAT POLICY NOW!!!!
