Cancel funeral policy with immediate effect

I have requested assupol to contact me to cancel the policy but I don't get any assistance, I spoke to an agent last week she said is cancelled I will receive email confirmation but I still haven't received any cancellation confirmation email,cancel this policy you have bad customer service.
