Call for assistance

Hi I'm TC Mokoena currently residing in Pretoria. I have a funeral policy with Sanlam Sky which covered for myself and my family members. We had a funeral in 2019 so I claimed and everything went well the paid as agreed. fast forward to 2024 we had another funeral and then Sanlam Sky refused to pay the entire amount claiming that I havent paid all my premiums but I know that I've paid my premiums well.

So I've been going to and from Sanlam branch in Pretoria CNR Andries and Vermulen streets and I not getting any assistance. The worst part is that I went to the branch today and the consultants refused to assist me. So I need assistance with this issue.
