Call Centre drops phones!
These guys are so useless. They never answer their phones and I’m not sure why? I called in 4 times this morning cause I need to update my bank details for debit order on my loan. It’s clear they don’t want their money because those agents keep dropping the phone in my ear.
Why must people first complain on platforms like these in order to get any kind of service from these ridiculous companies.
Call me to update my bank details else you won’t get your money on Monday.
