BRIDGING UNCLAIMED BENEFIT PROVIDENT PRESERVATION FUND not paid

Sanlam is such a pure ****,I have an BRIDGING UNCLAIMED BENEFIT PROVIDENT PRESERVATION FUND,I have submitted the necessary documents since December 2023,they told me they will get back tome even now,I need that money to pay for school fees and buy food for my kids,I have used a lot a money to call them almost everyday,they just tell me they will escalate the matter as everything is submitted,it's been more than 3 months nothing is happening, recently I have been receiving what's app from people working there asking me to give them a go a head to release the funds but when I call the Sanlam Corporate they say it's a ****,I have heard many stories about people losing their funds,can I please be assisted because my family is suffering and starving,please be aware that sanlam dont pay claims when they have to,
