Breach of Contract by Assupol and NBS

In 2014 November I took a policy that was sold by NBS (Nomtshongwana Burial Scheme) which they were in partnership with Assupol. The policy consist of 10 members and I was going to pay R200.00 premium and the benefit was R12, 000.00 for each. I choose to pay by debit order and it started debiting in March 2015. In January 2017 I received a letter from Assupol increasing premiums to R250.00 and it started debiting on February 2017. Last month which is April 2018 it just stop deducting and I tried several times calling Assupol without success, I even wrote email to Assupol Compliance and it was read by Bukelwa Nzimande and Tumishang Makibelo which they did not bother to attend my case, they just read email. On 15th of May it did not debit again and on 17 of May I called again their number which is ********** and the response I get was that Assupol and Nomtshongwana are no longer having agreement that’s why they stop. They refer me to Nomtshongwana, and I spoke to Bulelwa( Nomtshongwana Consultant) who said yes they no longer having agreement and now what they will do is to transfer me to another product they have which I will claim R20,000.00 for policy holder and R10,000.00 for other members paying the same R250.00. As for Nomtshongwana alone I am not going to take their policy again because they did not even bother to contact me (Telephonically and Postal). I took that policy because it was having the name I trust (Assupol) and now I want my money back from both Institutions because my money was debited by Assupol and I don’t understand why I must be a victim when they part ways. I even check their agreement with FSB (Financial Service Board) before taking the policy and I’m still having the document. My policy number is ********** 8.
