Breach of contract and false advertising

<p>I have a Sanlam Tax Free Investment policy .When I took it I was advised I could request a withdrawal from it at any point if I needed to access the funds and no waiting period was applicable .</p> <p>I made avrequest for withdrawal on the 13th September 2016, and have been told I need to wait for a period of 14 days??????????? why was this not communicated upfront. I need the funds to secure my daughter's space in school for next year. The last date for payment is 20 September 2016!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
