Brain dead call center

I now need a senior manager to phone me regarding the internet quote I requested as it seems you have a brain dead call center. Your levels of service is unacceptable. Either you want my business or you don't? Let me know if I need to take my business elsehwere

Please get someone to call me that is interested in fixing the current business I have with Sanlam instead of trying to focus on getting new business for Sanlam. Once again your levels of service is shocking.
