Billing Error Resolution
I had a billing error which I believed would probably not get resolved, I was fortunate to have dealt with Amika who helped me track the error, have it rectified and give me a piece of mind of knowing that I have covered my loved ones.
Your hands-on approach as a Team Leader is highly appreciated, especially considering that at no point did I have to ask for a manager but you took the onus of handling my case. Keep shining Amika.
