Beyond useless

I have to say for such a big company your service is really pathetic. I logged a complaint more than 2 weeks ago still awaiting feedback. The lady who was assigned to the complaint is now also on leave so who will help. I am a new client. I have no cover because it takes sanlam 3 months to do a simple ife cover not only for me but my mother in law and husband. My mother in laws bloods were not even done cos the nurses are worse useless. My husband policy had a loading put on cos they thought his over weight for his height but it's actual muscles mass. The wrong account was debited evertime I query they still have the incorrect details. Sanlam is not serious about business so I'm taking it elsewhere. Don't even bother calling me cos now I'm not interested.
