Beneficiaries not submitted

I took out a Retirement Annuity and Life policy with Sanlam and filled out the relevant beneficiary forms and gave them to my Sanlam appointed Financial advisor Juvie Morena.<br> <br> To my surprise when I call the call centre I am told that there are not beneficiaries on record despite me giving the forms to my advisor.<br> <br> My advisor has failed me countless of times this is really sad that Sanlam gives their client advisors who are unable to assist them adequately.
