Being conned out of Policy savings by Sanlam

Good day

I took out a dreamweaver policy with them in 2010. The policy has a payout after the first 5 years and then every year after that in the amount of R6000.00. The first payment was received in 2015 and when i enquired a year later they said the payment are only every 5 years never thought of going back to the policy then. During August roundabout the 13th or 14th I contacted them again this time just to make sure everything was in order with the policy i asked if my husband and daughter was covered and the person who assisted me said no only me he also informed me that R6000.00 can be claimed on the policy. Obviously i went and checked my policy to see why they are not covered, according to the documentation they are both covered and looking into the payouts see that i should have received R6000.00 on my policy from Septemebr 2016. I contacted the broker who sold me the policy and he has been struggling to get something out of them since the 15th of August. Out of frustration I contacted them again today and was informed that my husband and daughter is covered and that i can now claim R9000.00 on the policy. Bare in mind i have received no payout from them since September 2015. All documentation was forwarded to them by the broker he has been consulting with a broker consultant by the Name of Sydney Modjadji he in terms said he is waiting for proof of payments since the 5th of September. This in my eyes are ***** what if something happened to my husband or daughter and i wanted to claim to bury them would i also have to wait a month for them to sort out there mess or will they just say sorry they were not covered and that's what most people just accept. Do they just use other peoples savings on there policy and say no you can only claim this amount and it is accepted like i did 5 years ago. According to my policy they owe me payments of R6000.00 from September 2011 up to September 2019. Not to mention all the interest from all these policies that they probably pocket. I wish to hear from you soon and can supply the necessary documentation.
