Begging for whats mine - Synia Umbrella Retirement Fund (Managed Provident Section)
I left my employer in March 2018, I requested to withdraw my fund from the pension fund. I was told the account is under liquidation. It took me over a year to get half of my contribution and I'm still waiting for the other half.
I've emailed numerous times and always the same excuse, no response from the FCSA and they say they follow up. which I think is not true, does it take so long to get what is due to me.
I will never take a Sanlam policy if this is the way they treat their customers.

23 Mar 2021, 21:15Your consultant Laura does not respond to my emails, I've called and another consultant tried to contact the consultant who is working on my matter but she does not respond. This is very frustrating, she updated some information but didn't update two of my account, even though I sent all my documentation. This is not acceptable as my bond originator cannot wait any longer, the bank is declining my application because of your lack of assistance or lack of professionalism. I would think that you would employ people who know what they doing.
