BE CAREFUL WHEN INVESTING WITH SANLAM IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU NEED IT THE MOST ITS LIKE BEING ON A ROUGH RIDE TO HELL AND BACK

I am 74 yrs old and I have an investment policy with Sanlam, I am allowed to take a loan on my investment, I went in on the Monday early in the morning, filled in all the forms with vuyo in Central Street Houghton, this is my money i am talking about, everything in order, everything approved, phoned them on Wednesday why is my money not in the bank, I was told they would escalate the payment, Thursday still no payment and today is Friday still no payment, everytime I phone I was told it has been escalated, I must have been on the phone first call was 37minutes cellular call, I think I must have been on the phone for over 2 hours from person to person and still no joy, promised someone would call me back but no one has, it's been like a nightmare, that is how Sanlam operates, it's my money and I should have access at anytime within reason but Sanlam has failed his clients in fact maybe I go to Sanlam on Monday and withdraw all investments and my friends are going to do so.
