Be Careful of Sanlam. No personal SERVICE EXISTS!! Do not find yourself in my situation

Money missing. Funds was transferred from Alexander forbs to Sanlam. I withdrawn funds. I phoned every number that Sanlam listed. Getting transferred from one department to the other. From ***, ***, put through to ***. Eventually after 3 calls of 40 minutes each 3rd time lucky. Sanlam answered just to say they don't pick me up on system. They will mail me the status of withdrawal. Tried phoning all the above numbers even tried their autobot with yes and no answers. Autobot doesnt know who I am??? tried their Whatsapp service ***. Gives errors. Went on online sanlamonline.co.za. When requesting my documents yet return a error. have he evidence sent by Alexander forbs the funds was transferred. Cannot speak to a human, cannot win with their automation services. If I don't exist on any of their platforms where is my money. its been 3 months. Do not convert to Sanlam with you funds. Absolutely no HUMAN interaction!!!! Its a lost case. Have no where else to go but here so desperate i am to get a response. Where is my moneys?
