Be alert of Sanlam Indie.. Worse company ever

Sanlam indie is a ****. I took out a policy in June. For no reason in July they are deducting a higher premium with no explanation whatsoever. When I tried calling I was told someone will call me back. I tried the online chat, even tried emailing the agent but nothing from them. What I want now is to cancel my policy and ask for my refund. Since they are in a business of ******** people they might not refund me my money back.

I am so hurt by the treatment I got 'worse is that I canceled my other policy because I thought they are a good company. The worse decision I had ever made was joining Sanlam Indie.
