Battling to get IRP5 from Sanlam

I received disibility salary from Sanlam, but is now battling to get my IRP 5 from them, I have send numerous mails, but only getting replies to say that my request was forwarded to another department. I think that the service is poor. Chris Mostert

We have several different divisions within the Sanlam group.

We are trying to establish from where you received this disability salary.

We did use your ID number to search for your record, but could not trace it.

Did you receive it from a policy, a membership to fund/scheme, or as an employee?

Once we have the requested information, we will arrange for the responsible division to assist with this matter.

Now I receive a mail from Sanlam stating that they will respond in another 2 days, this makes their service even more poor after I have been asking for the IRP5 for how long now. I will definitely be advertising their poor service.
