Bank details
On the 8th of July 2023 I submitted a bank confirmation letter and Sanlam sent me documents to full-in and sign. I wanted to update Sanlam with my new banking details but only to find out Sanlam didn't update my bank details and submitted a debit order to a account I no longer use.
