Bad/Suspicious behaviour Sanlam Loans customer service

I have been trying to cantact Sanlam loans for the past two months regarding misquoted amount on my loan. I’m starting to get suspicious as each time I eventually get through I’m told that someone is reviewing my matter and told to expect a call, no one ever calls. I’m considering terminating the agreement.
